Angelica's dress rehearsal for General Conference

This morning we took Angelica to Salt Lake for the dress rehearsal for her Primary Choir. The children sang beautifully. It was a wonderful experience to hear them sing and practice in the Conference Center. The General Primary Presidency came and spoke to the children for a few minutes. We were told that they will be the first Primary Choir to sing in General Conference in the Conference Center.

She will be singing in the afternoon session (2:00 PM MDT) on Saturday, October 1st.

Angelica will be sitting in the far left side of the center section of the choir loft. She will be sitting at the end of the fourth row. Look up the left-side aisle in the choir loft, count up 4 rows and Angelica will be sitting there on the right on the end of the row.

In this picture Angelica is sitting at the end of the second row, but during the dress rehearsal they decided that she was too tall for the second row and moved her back 2 rows to her final position at the end of the fourth row.

Angelica in Primary Choir for General Conference

At the end of July, Bishop Marsden asked to visit with Angelica and Vicki and I. He told us that our Stake was one that had been asked to participate in a Primary Choir for General Conference in October and asked Angelica if she would like to participate in the choir.
After some discussion Angelica decided that she would like to participate.
We are excited to help Angelica with this once in a lifetime opportunity.
She has been practicing every Sunday and is getting more and more excited about singing for the prophet.

Nancy took me over to the ocean, which she knows I love. It was a beautiful day, but windy. I loved it! Most of these were taken from her father's home.
